You see the feature, not a redirect. The page renders locked with three sentences on what the module does and one button. If the module carries a price the button opens checkout and the add-on joins your subscription; if it is a free opt-in such as Colleges and Partners an admin switches it on in place; otherwise the button sends us a request naming your firm and the module. Members see the same page with one line asking them to talk to their admin.

Every Pro plan includes per-member permissions across three axes: data scope (all clients / their team / assigned only), module access (toggle off any of ten surfaces - clients, cases, communications, Harper AI, documents, invoices, reports, billing, settings, team management) and named role templates you can apply to many members at once. Yes. Build named teams under Settings - Team - Manage teams, optionally assign a team lead and pick a default role template. Adding a member to the team can apply the team's role automatically. Yes. Every Pro plan includes bring-your-own backup - connect Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or any S3-compatible bucket (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, MinIO) and ImmiIQ writes a daily plaintext copy of your client and sponsor documents into a folder or bucket you own. Firms pick <strong>Archive</strong> (append-only - a delete in ImmiIQ never touches the destination copy) or <strong>Mirror</strong> (deletes propagate within about 15 minutes) and choose the hour of day the backup runs in their own timezone. The ImmiIQ-hosted copy stays encrypted with our per-organisation key regardless; the destination copy is under your firm's control, so you can browse it in Drive / Explorer / Finder alongside your other case work.

No. Anything routed through your connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox leaves via your own account and never touches ImmiIQ's SES quota. Only the fallback path (when no mailbox is connected) counts against the monthly limit.

Yes. Connect JustCall or Twilio in Settings then Integrations and every phone number on the client detail page becomes clickable. Calls go through your provider (you pay Twilio or JustCall directly, not ImmiIQ), get logged against the client automatically and recordings play back inside the CRM. Firms with regulatory recording requirements can toggle recording per-org.

Yes. Connect your Twilio Messaging account under Settings then Integrations, register your WhatsApp Business sender and every client detail page grows a Send WhatsApp Business action. Meta's 24-hour window is enforced for you: freeform while it is open, Meta-approved templates while it is closed. Provider costs go directly to Twilio; ImmiIQ does not meter WhatsApp Business against your SMS quota.

Yes. The integrations marketplace lets your firm connect its own mailbox, phone system, accounting ledger and backup destination. Credentials stay sealed with your per-organisation key, consent is versioned and you can disconnect any integration in one click.

Yes. Our built-in e-signature system is legally valid under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Commonwealth of Australia) and equivalent state and territory legislation. Each signed document includes a Certificate of Electronic Signing with signer identity, timestamp, IP address and SHA-256 hash for tamper detection.
