Yes, from Billing in the app. Annual Pro is A$588 a year - 38% less than paying monthly - and most modules and features save the same. ImmiIQ Live (Meetings A$59/mo or A$590/yr per agent, Webinars A$59/mo or A$590/yr and Large A$149/mo or A$1,490/yr) and priority support (A$49/mo or A$540/yr) have annual prices of their own. Client, storage and seat packs cost 10 months a year. Email, SMS and AI packs cost exactly twelve months: they are priced close to what they cost us, so they are never discounted.

Yes. Pro includes ImmiAccount eLodgement with the eLodge Chrome extension (for Australian firms, switched on by an admin) and bulk import and export of your whole caseload.

Pro takes bookings for consultations and sends each client the meeting link you set on the service, so you meet on the video tool you already use. ImmiIQ Live Meetings (A$59/mo or A$590/yr per agent) puts those meetings inside ImmiIQ instead.

ImmiIQ Live is three add-ons. Live Meetings is A$59/mo or A$590/yr for each agent who hosts, with everything unlimited: one-to-one and group meetings of up to 10, instant meetings with a guest link, booked consultations, team meetings of up to 25, audio notes, transcripts, minutes and video recording. Live Webinars (A$59/mo or A$590/yr per firm) adds webinars and programs of up to 500 attendees with 10 webinar hours a month. Live Large (A$149/mo or A$1,490/yr per firm) replaces it with up to 5,000 viewers and 30 webinar hours a month. Webinars and Large need one Meetings seat. Yes - ImmiIQ Live is in Beta, free to trial now with purchase opening soon. Each Live add-on has a 14-day free trial, once per firm. Nothing is charged when it ends. A Meetings trial includes up to 5 meeting hours, 2 of them video-recorded. A Webinars or Large trial includes 1 webinar hour with up to 50 viewers.

No. Accounting (A$29/mo or A$216/yr) includes both the Xero and the QuickBooks sync; connect whichever ledger your firm runs.

Yes. Adding a module in one click from a locked page or a suggestion starts a 3-day free trial: nothing is charged at the add and you are reminded a day before it ends. It then joins your plan prorated from that day unless you cancel it in Billing. One trial per module; adding it again is prorated and applies straight away, as is any other change. Removing is prorated too. A module that holds records goes read-only with an export rather than being deleted.

You are asked to subscribe to keep using ImmiIQ. Your data is kept for 30 days, so there is no rush.
