Drop the approval letter on the form and the SBS is read from it. A labour agreement, including a DAMA, is picked from the Department's catalogue, with alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days before it ends.

HR uploads, reads and replies without an email chain. The sponsor's team has a portal of its own.

One link per HR contact, confirmed with a six-digit code. Uploads come from HR or from the employee, whichever comes first. Every action is recorded against the person who took it.

What does it cost?
A$29/mo on Pro or Enterprise, the same price on both, on the firm's one invoice. An admin can try it for 3 days first, once per firm.
Which visas does it cover?
The employer-sponsored caseload: 482, 186, 494, 407 and 400.
Can a business fill in its own details before we take it on?
Yes. Record it as an enquiry with its company name and ABN, then invite it to fill in its details from the portal. Each section reads Received from the business until the agent verifies it.
Where do renewal costs come from?
From the Department's fee schedule and the Skilling Australians Fund levy as they stand, worked out per nomination in the app and tracked to the invoice.
