Practice Analytics

Six tabs. Every metric a migration practice actually asks.

Cohort retention, funnel with median days-in-stage, time-in-stage bottleneck, sponsor billing, revenue attribution and Harper cost. Built for how migration practices actually run - not a generic BI shell with everything and nothing at the same time.

The six tabs, in order.

Every tab answers a question a practice manager asks weekly. No filler, no meta charts, no vanity dashboards.

Cohort retention

Group clients by the month they entered the pipeline and watch what percentage of each cohort reaches Skills Assessment, EOI lodged, visa granted and file closed. Compare cohorts side by side to see whether a new intake flow is holding on to more clients than the last one.

  • Cohort by intake month
  • Retention at each milestone
  • Cohort vs cohort overlay

Funnel with median days-in-stage

The full funnel from Lead to Granted with the conversion rate and median days-in-stage rendered on each step. See exactly where the leak is - and how long the leaks are sitting there before they drop off.

  • Per-stage conversion %
  • Median days in stage
  • Drop-off attribution

Time-in-stage bottleneck

A heatmap of every open case by stage and time-elapsed. Cases that have sat in one column beyond the org's SLA glow red. Drill into a cell to see the actual case list so the practice manager can rebalance in a single view.

  • Per-case time in stage
  • SLA breach heatmap
  • Drill to case list

Sponsor billing

For firms running employer-sponsored caseloads, the sponsor billing tab rolls up every hidden-from-sponsor line, every fee against the sponsor's account and every unbilled hour by sponsor and by month. Reconciles against Xero on the same view.

  • Fees by sponsor
  • Unbilled hours
  • Xero reconciliation status

Revenue attribution

Every dollar of collected revenue traced back to its source - referral, website, embedded booking form, campaign, direct. Attribution runs at the client level so a client who came in from a Google campaign and later paid for a 186 lodgement still ties back to the campaign.

  • Revenue by channel
  • Revenue by campaign
  • Client-lifetime attribution

Harper cost

Live counter of Harper token usage per user, per case and per tool. See which agents are using Harper heaviest, which cases pulled the most AI work and whether the org is trending under or over its plan's included AI budget.

  • Tokens per user
  • Tokens per case
  • Trend vs plan budget

Export, filter and drill on every tab.

CSV on every tab

One-click CSV export of the tab's underlying rows, ready to drop into Excel or a board pack. Column headers match the on-screen labels so the export doesn't need explaining.

PNG on every tab

One-click PNG export of the rendered chart, ready for a client report or a slide. Rendered at 2x pixel density so it stays crisp on retina and projector alike.

Global filters propagate

Date range, agent, visa subclass and client group filters set on any tab travel with you as you move between tabs. Configure the view once and every tab reflects it.

Drill-through to the source

Every chart mark is clickable - a funnel step drills into the case list, a cohort row drills into the client list, an attribution slice drills into the campaign. Analytics is a route to the source rows, not a dead end.

Data isolation

Every chart is your own tenant data. Nothing is aggregated across firms.

Analytics reads straight from your org's transactional tables. There is no cross-tenant benchmarking, no anonymised leaderboard, no shared pool. Your funnel is yours, your cost is yours, your attribution is yours.

Frequently asked

Where does the data come from?

Everything is your own org's pipeline data, billing data and Harper usage. Nothing is aggregated across firms - your cohort, your funnel, your bottleneck, your attribution. Data is scoped by tenant at the database layer.

How fresh are the numbers?

Live. Every tab reads directly from the transactional tables at load, so a case moved a minute ago shows up in the funnel a minute later. There's no nightly ETL and no stale cache to invalidate.

Can I share a saved view with the team?

Filters can be shared through the URL - the date range, agent, subclass and group selections all serialise into the query string. Paste it into Slack and your teammates open the same view. Named saved views ship next.

Does the Harper cost tab show me who spent the most?

Yes. Per-user and per-case token usage is broken out on the Harper cost tab. Useful for spotting which agents lean on Harper most and which case types drive the most AI work.

Is analytics gated by plan?

Cohort, funnel and bottleneck are on every Pro plan. Sponsor billing appears when the org has at least one sponsor. Revenue attribution and Harper cost are Enterprise.

Stop guessing. Start reading the numbers.

Analytics ships live on every Pro account. The numbers are already there - you just have to open the tab.
