Trust accounting you can defend in an audit.
A trust ledger with deposits, transfers, refunds, and per-client statements — every move audit-logged with the agent who made it. Drop in a bank-statement CSV and the reconciliation workbench auto-matches entries by amount + date. Built for NSW + Victoria rules; per-state adapters as we expand.
Ledger you can audit
Every movement is a typed entry — deposit, transfer, refund, adjustment — with a transactionId pairing the legs. The database enforces credit/debit invariants so balances never drift.
Deposit · Transfer · Refund
Three primitives cover every trust move. Deposit into the trust, transfer to office against an invoice, refund to the client. All audit-logged with the approver.
Per-client statements
Every client detail page deep-links to a date-ranged trust statement. Export as branded PDF, email direct from the platform, or share with the client portal.
Bank-statement CSV import
Drag-and-drop your CommBank, Westpac, NAB, or ANZ CSV onto the reconciliation workbench. We auto-match each row to an unreconciled ledger entry by amount + date (±5 days), flag the unmatched, and let you tick the rest by hand.
Law Society NSW + Vic aligned
Invariants drawn from LIV + Law Society NSW trust-account rules. External audit engagement planned pre-GA so your firm can defend the ledger end-to-end.
Org-isolated, role-gated
Trust account creation is admin-only. Every server action verifies organisation ownership before touching the ledger. No cross-firm leakage, no member-level surprises.
7-year retention
Every ledger entry retained for 7 years, aligned to Law Society requirements. Raw statement PDFs stored encrypted with signed-URL access, audit-logged.
