The answer a client gives on the intake is the answer the 956 prints, the CSA names and eLodge fills. There is one copy of it and it lives on the client record.

Upload it on the client's Intake tab. Each answer is proposed where it belongs, section by section. Nothing reaches the client record until you add it. Dates, countries and yes or no answers are read exactly or flagged for you - never guessed - and an answer the client already gave is never overwritten. Reading it costs 1 AI credit per 8,000 characters of text, up to 12, plus matching its questions.
Declarations are never imported. The applicant answers them for each application.
Every question on the Department's forms, accounted for
Every question of Form 80, Form 1221 and Form 1022 is catalogued against the client record: where ImmiIQ keeps the answer, which intake question asks for it and which questions are still left to the client or to you on the form itself. It is the list an imported form is matched against.

Catalogued is not the same as filled. Some questions on Form 80 and Form 1221 have no intake question yet. The forms page says, per form, how many boxes the file fills.
The ImmiAccount pages for the 482 and the 408 are being catalogued the same way. Until each has been checked against a real application, we do not count it as covered.
A matched question is a suggestion until you confirm it. An imported answer is a suggestion until you add it. Accepting is always your firm's step.
Frequently asked
Which visas have a standard pack?
Subclasses 482, 408, 186, 189, 190, 491, 500, 485 and 600, plus one partner pack for 820 and 309. Each asks the identity, contact, family, history and visa questions that visa needs, in the order ImmiAccount asks them.
Does each family member need their own link?
No. The client opens one link and sees a step list for each person you ticked - their own details, histories and language steps - and answers for everyone from there. Chase emails go once per family, not once per person.
Can we change a standard pack?
Copy it and it becomes your firm's pack. Reorder the steps, hide the ones you never ask, rename them, write your own instructions for the client and add steps of your own questions. A step the visa always needs is always asked.
What does importing our own intake form cost?
It uses the AI credits already in your plan: 1 credit for every 20 questions, rounded up. One import reads up to 600 questions. The screen shows the cost and the credits you have left before anything is charged. A form that cannot be read costs nothing.
Can we import a form a client has already filled in?
Yes, from the client's Intake tab. Reading it costs 1 AI credit per 8,000 characters of text, up to 12, plus matching its questions. Every answer arrives as a suggestion you add section by section. An answer the client already gave is never overwritten and a date that could be read two ways is flagged rather than guessed.
Are character and health declarations imported or copied forward?
Never. The applicant answers declarations themselves, for each application. A declaration question on an imported form is dropped before anything reads it. New declarations requests ask every character question on Form 80 - fourteen more than before, from Parts K, M, O and P - and the health questions are unchanged; a request already sent keeps the questions it went out with.
What about the boxes on a form only the client can answer?
The client completes them on the signing page. When Form 80, 1221, 1022, 1023, 929 or 1446 goes for e-signature, the page asks each box the form leaves for them, in the form's own words and grouped by its parts. Answers save as they go, so they can stop and come back. They review the completed form, then sign - Sign stays locked until every required box is answered.
Which plans include intake packs?
Intake packs are part of Pro and Enterprise. An admin copies and edits packs and imports the firm's own form; the importers use the plan's monthly AI credits.
