Who is the program for?+
Firms already paying for ImmiIQ - migration consultants, education agents and practices on a paid Pro or Enterprise plan who want to recommend ImmiIQ to other firms. The partner is the firm, not a separate account.
How do we join?+
From inside ImmiIQ, with the login you already use. Open Partners and join: the firm owner confirms the business details, signs the NDA and the Program Terms and sets up payouts. It takes about five minutes. There is no form to fill in on this site, no separate partner login and nothing extra to sign in with.
Can a firm on its trial join?+
Not yet. Joining needs an active paid Pro or Enterprise subscription. A firm on its trial joins after its first payment. A firm whose plan has expired or been canceled joins once it is paying again. A firm billed through a reseller cannot join.
Who at the firm does what?+
The firm owner signs the NDA and the Program Terms and manages payouts. Everyone else at the firm sees its links, referrals and earnings.
What happens if our subscription lapses?+
The firm's partnership is paused: no new referrals are attributed to it while it is not paying. Commission it has already earned still pays out.
We already have a referral link. Does it change?+
No. There is one referral link per firm. While the firm is a partner it earns partner commission; otherwise it earns account credit. Never both.
What is commission paid on?+
On Net Receipts from what a referred firm pays for Pro and its flat monthly modules, for its first 12 paid months: the amount received less GST, less the card processing fee on the payment, less refunds and chargebacks. Never on limit packs. Never on email, SMS or AI credits either: they are priced close to what they cost us. An annual payment earns one twelfth a month. Commission is capped so ImmiIQ keeps a 50% net margin after GST, payment fees and the cost of running the firm's account; on annual plans that cap is low.
Why is commission held first?+
Each commission is held for 60 days, then becomes payable. If the firm is refunded or disputes a charge in that time, the commission is clawed back. A clawback after payout is taken from your next payout.
How do referrals get tracked?+
Your link sets a 90-day first-party cookie. A firm can also type your code when it signs up. The first partner to refer a firm keeps it and attribution locks at the firm's first payment.
Can I earn commission and resell to the same firm?+
No. Each firm is either referred - ImmiIQ bills it at list price and you earn commission - or resold - you buy at wholesale and keep your margin. Never both.
How do tiers change?+
Tiers are reviewed each quarter on your active paying firms over the last 90 days and your certified people. Moving up happens at the review. If you fall below your tier you keep it for one grace quarter before moving down.
How is tax handled?+
An Australian partner registered for GST gets a recipient-created tax invoice with GST added. An Australian partner not registered for GST gets a statement. An Australian partner without an ABN is not paid until one is added, because the law would otherwise require 47% withholding. Partners outside Australia get a statement with no GST.
Which countries are supported?+
A paying firm can join and refer from anywhere. Payouts go to partners in Australia today. If we cannot pay out to your country yet, you keep earning and your balance is kept.
What does it cost to join?+
Nothing beyond your ImmiIQ subscription. There is no partner fee and no minimum to stay Registered.
Can I use my own brand instead of ImmiIQ's?+
No. ImmiIQ is never white-labelled or rebranded. Partners always present it as ImmiIQ, alongside their own brand on co-branded material.
How do I leave?+
The firm owner can leave from Partners > Account in ImmiIQ at any time. Commission stops from then. How any held balance is treated is set out in the Program Terms you sign.
