From the right course to the commission, on one student record.
Search CRICOS courses and see the occupations each leads to, plan the path to PR, enrol the student, reconcile the college's statement and pay your sub-agents. The same workspace migration agents and immigration lawyers use for the visa.

Find the course
Courses chosen for where the student wants to end up
CRICOS course search
Search CRICOS-registered courses and filter them by level, duration, tuition, delivery mode, campus state and provider. Each course's own page shows its tuition and the occupations it leads to.
Course to occupation
Each course's page shows the ANZSCO occupations it leads to. Each occupation's page lists the courses linked to it. CRICOS links come from the course's field of study; VET qualification links are mostly as training.gov.au publishes them.
Student to PR pathway planner
Lay out a student's route from the 500 student visa to the 485 and on to skilled PR, with the current visa charges and one overall points estimate. The 190 and 491 are suggested where they fit.
Enrol and get paid
Every enrolment, instalment and commission accounted for
Colleges
Add a college from the CRICOS provider register and its CRICOS courses come with it. You can also add one by hand. Commission agreements, as a percentage or a flat rate, are set in Settings > Commission agreements.
Enrolments and instalments
Enrol a student against a college and course and get the expected commission for every instalment, built from the tuition, the instalment count and the census date.
College statement reconciliation
Upload a college's statement as CSV or PDF. Rows are matched to the instalments you expect; Harper suggests the column mapping and explains a variance. Anything unmatched waits for your review.
Clawbacks
When a student withdraws, the instalments are clawed back in the ledger and the clawback is mirrored on any partner's referral for that student.
Sub-agent partners
Each sub-agent gets a portal by secure link, with client names masked, where they can refer a student by name and email. Pay them by Stripe Connect, bank transfer or a manual record.

Client CRM and portal
One record per student for the whole file. Students sign in to their own portal to upload documents, answer questionnaires, book a time, sign and see what they owe.
Document checklists and intake packs
Starter checklists for the 500 and 485 cover the CoE, OSHC, evidence of funds, health and English results. Intake packs for the 500 and 485 send the questions once and fill the file.
Appointments
A public booking page for your services, with reminders a day and an hour before. Paid bookings go through your own Stripe account.
Invoices
Branded invoices with payment links, recurring invoices and payment plans, in the student's currency where it differs from yours.

Common questions from counsellors
- Is this the page for colleges and universities?
- No. This page is for education counsellors who place students. Colleges, RTOs and universities whose courses are mapped to occupations have their own page at /for-education.
- Do I need to be a registered migration agent?
- No. Courses, enrolments, commissions and partners work without a MARN. If your firm also has registered migration agents, the visa work sits on the same client record.
- How do I switch on colleges and partners?
- If you sign up as an education counsellor, your firm starts with Network (colleges and partners) already on. Otherwise an admin turns it on from Network > Colleges. It carries no extra charge on Pro.
- Where does the course data come from?
- CRICOS courses and providers come from the Australian Government's CRICOS register and VET qualifications from training.gov.au. The link from a CRICOS course to an occupation is ImmiIQ's own mapping by field of study, not a government publication.
