Clients book consultations through your booking page and each booking carries the meeting link you set on the service, so you meet on the video tool you already use. Add Live Meetings when you want the room inside ImmiIQ.

What does ImmiIQ Live cost?
Live Meetings is A$59/mo or A$590/yr for each agent who hosts. Live Webinars is A$59/mo or A$590/yr for the firm and Live Large A$149/mo or A$1,490/yr, in place of Webinars. Guests and clients never need a seat.
What does Pro do without Live?
Each booking carries the meeting link you set on the service, so you meet on the video tool you already use.
Who needs a Meetings seat?
Each colleague who starts, hosts or co-hosts a meeting. A seat has no meter and no overage. If one seat's month runs far beyond a practice's usual meetings, the owner gets a note asking to talk to us. Nobody is cut off.
Can we try ImmiIQ Live first?
ImmiIQ Live is in Beta: free to trial now, purchase opens soon. Each add-on has a 14-day free trial, once per firm: up to 5 meeting hours (2 of them video) on Meetings and 1 webinar hour with up to 50 viewers on Webinars or Large. Nothing is charged when it ends.
Webinars or Large?
Live Webinars holds up to 500 attendees with 10 webinar hours a month; Live Large up to 5,000 viewers with 30 webinar hours. Past the hours you are offered Large; a webinar is never stopped.
How long are recordings kept?
As long as your firm chooses: 30, 60 or 90 days or forever. Any one recording can choose its own.
Do recordings use our storage?
Yes, while ImmiIQ keeps them. At 100% a new recording does not start and more storage is offered. The meeting itself carries on.
How many people can join?
Up to 10 in a client or group meeting and up to 25 in a team meeting. Hosts and co-hosts are never turned away.
