The switcher lists only the branches where you hold a membership. Your role, data scope and modules come from the branch you open, so you can be an admin in one office with Partners hidden in another.

A switch is recorded as a switch out on one branch and a switch in on the other, each with the user, the IP address and the device.

Does the branch switcher cost extra?
The switcher itself is free. Additional branches on Pro are A$19/mo each on your existing subscription. Your main office is included in the base A$79/mo and is never charged as a branch. Enterprise works the same way: every extra branch is A$19/mo, added in Billing.
How does a user join a second branch?
An admin on that branch invites them by email from its Team settings. The same login gathers memberships and the switcher lists the new branch on the next page load.
Can I see clients across all my branches in one view?
Not today. Each branch shows on its own, the way most multi-office firms run: a separate profit and loss, separate compliance and separate partner networks.
Does the switcher work on the mobile app?
Yes. Switching in the ImmiIQ app issues a fresh 15-minute sign-in bound to the new branch. Your longer sign-in belongs to you rather than to a branch, so switching never signs you out.
