The composer knows when the window is open. Meta's 24-hour rule, followed for you.

Freeform replies of up to 4096 characters are allowed for 24 hours after the client's last reply. Once the window closes only an approved template can go, until the client replies again. The rule is enforced on the server, so a stale browser tab cannot get round it.

Can I send WhatsApp Business messages from ImmiIQ?

Yes. Connect your Twilio Messaging account (Beta) under Settings then Integrations, register your WhatsApp Business sender and every client record gets a Send WhatsApp Business action. Meta's 24-hour window is enforced for you.

Does WhatsApp Business count against the ImmiIQ SMS allowance?

No. Provider costs go directly to Twilio. ImmiIQ does not meter WhatsApp Business against the SMS allowance that comes with your plan.

How are our Twilio credentials kept?

Sealed with AES-256 under a key that belongs to your firm, the same way the other integrations are kept. Callbacks from the provider are signature-checked before they change anything.

What does Beta mean here?

The Twilio integration works today but is still being refined. Expect changes to the screens as it settles.
