The CRM built for the
RMA + QEAC firm.
One tool for your visa work AND your education-agent commission. Track every enrollment, reconcile every college statement, pay your sub-agents on time. No spreadsheets.
Free on Pro - Colleges and Partners come on together when an admin switches them on. The same on Enterprise. ImmiIQ takes 0% platform cut on both flows.
CRICOS providers pre-loaded
Stripe Connect payouts to sub-agents
Harper AI baked into every friction point
Per-instalment ageing that actually matches how colleges pay.
Colleges pay per tuition instalment, not lump-sum on CoE. Payment triggers ~30 days after census date. Miss a semester's remit and you never notice. Not with this.
- Per-instalment expected-commission ledger with census-date triggers
- Monthly statement reconciliation, CSV upload or PDF drop, Harper does the column mapping
- Under-paid and over-paid rows flagged, unmatched rows held for review
- Clawbacks reversed in the ledger when a student withdraws, mirrored to the partner
- A clawback risk score on every enrolment's detail page

A real sub-agent portal, not a shared spreadsheet.
Your sub-agent logs in via a magic link and sees each referral's status and payout status. The portal totals what they have earned and been paid. You pay via Stripe Connect on the payout SLA you set. An alert goes out when one is overdue.
- Magic-link portal, no user seat required, no cross-org data leaks
- ?ref= attribution baked in. A rule-based match score offers a partner for an untagged client
- Mirrored clawback pass-through, if the college claws you back, the partner's future payout nets down
- Stripe Connect payouts on the SLA you set per partner, with an alert when one is overdue
- ImmiIQ takes 0% platform cut on either side of the flow
Fifteen places where a computer or Harper does the work.
The default answer to "will I type this?" is no. If a computer can determine it, the tool determines it. If Harper can suggest it, Harper does. Every accept flow is one click.
College autocomplete
Type three letters, get a match against the CRICOS providers already imported from the register. One click copies the provider and its CRICOS courses into your firm.
Course auto-fill
Pick a college, the course dropdown pre-populates from its CRICOS courses. The tuition total and the instalment count fill in from the course.
Census-date defaults
A February intake defaults to a 31 March census and a July intake to 31 August. For any other intake you enter the date.
Instalment schedule that writes itself
Tuition plus instalments-per-year plus payment trigger plus census dates equals a full schedule, shown before you save.
Harper column mapping
Drop a CSV, Harper reads headers and the first three rows and proposes the field map. Confirm or override. The mapping caches per college for next month.
PDF statements
A text PDF is read into the same columns as a CSV. Rows that match with high confidence are matched automatically and the rest wait for your review. Scanned PDFs are not read - upload the CSV instead.
Harper variance explanations
When a row doesn't match cleanly, Harper writes a plain-English explanation of the likely cause from the row and the instalment it was matched to.
Under-paid and over-paid rows
A payment below or above the instalment you expected is flagged. A row that matches no enrolment waits for you to match it by hand.
Contract auto-parse on partner onboarding
Upload the partner's signed agreement PDF. Harper proposes the split, what it applies to, the payment trigger and its days, the clawback window and the effective dates. You confirm each one.
Clawback risk score
Each enrolment's detail page shows a 0-100 clawback risk score from the student's current visa and its expiry, their age, intake proximity and the college's withdrawal rate. A rule-based score, never a block.
Attribution rescue
Client came in without a ?ref= code? The client record scores each active partner on a shared email domain, the same phone country code, the partner's name in the notes and recent partner activity. It offers a likely match to attach.
Overdue chase drafts
Ageing report row, Draft chase email button. Harper drafts a follow-up for that college, which you edit and copy into your own email.
One-click accounting export
Run it from Accounting > Sync. Accruals become Xero draft sales invoices or live QuickBooks invoices. Paid partner payouts become bills in whichever one you run. Needs Accounting (A$29/mo), which includes both the Xero and the QuickBooks sync.
Pricing
Free on Pro. Zero platform cut.
Free on Pro - an admin switches it on, in the same plan that runs your visa work. ImmiIQ takes nothing off the top of your college commissions or your sub-agent payouts. The Stripe fee is Stripe's, not ours.
