Is the mobile app free?
Yes for applicants - you get 20 free Harper chats per month with no credit card. Agents on Pro or Premium get unlimited Harper chats on mobile, included in their existing subscription. The web app is also fully responsive if you prefer that.
Does the mobile app have the full ImmiIQ feature set?
No - and intentionally. The mobile app is chat-first: streaming Harper conversations with cited occupation data, history sync and theme switching. The CRM, pipeline, lodgement queue, document upload and billing live on the web app where the keyboard-and-screen workflow makes sense. Mobile is for quick lookups and Harper conversations on the go.
How does conversation sync work?
Every Harper chat is tied to your ImmiIQ account. Start a conversation on the web at app.immiiq.com, switch to mobile, keep going. Same history, same citations, same context. The handoff also goes the other way - start on mobile, finish at the desk.
What languages does the app support?
9 languages on launch: English, 简体中文, हिन्दी, العربية, 한국어, 日本語, Tiếng Việt, Tagalog, বাংলা. The interface, prompts, and Harper responses all switch together. Set your preferred language once in Settings; we remember it across devices.
What citations does Harper show?
Every factual claim Harper makes about an ANZSCO/OSCA occupation, EOI backlog, state nomination, DAMA region, assessing authority or visa subclass is linked back to the underlying record. Tap a citation to see the source - same as on the web. We never show generated facts without a citation.
Where do I download it?
Android: Google Play Store. iOS: App Store. Both download links are at /install along with the Chrome extension.
Does the app work offline?
The most recent conversations are cached so you can re-read them offline. New Harper queries need a network connection because we run the AI on our servers (we never run the model on-device - that would burn your battery and bandwidth and limit the model size).
