What does every filenote record?
The client, the author and the time, set when the note is written. Every create, correction and removal is written to the audit log with the agent's identity.
Can a note be changed after it is written?
Only by its author and only for 24 hours. The earlier version is kept and shown beside the note. After that the note is locked. An admin can remove a note with a reason; what it said and the reason stay on the client's record.
What is a quickpart?
Any block of text saved as a reusable snippet: a standard disclaimer, an advice paragraph or a template reply.
