Social Studio · A$49/mo add-on on Pro

The picture used to be ours. Now it is yours.

Every instrument change, nomination round and assessing-authority update reaches your firm overnight with the copy for each channel already written. Social Studio renders it in your own brand - your marks, your colours, your typeface - proposes the week ahead and waits for an admin to say yes before anything leaves.

One brand, three outputs, one Save

Set your brand once. It reaches everything.

Branding is three cards in one column with a preview rail beside them. One palette aimed by a role chip rather than the same nine swatches drawn four times over. Three marks sitting together - letterhead, square and light-on-dark - with the role written on each. One Save, naming what it will write and a warning if you try to leave without pressing it.

  • The same brand feeds your reports, your invoices, the client portal and every post. One resolver decides the palette, so a branded post and a branded invoice cannot drift apart.
  • Layouts are drawn, not described. Each card renders the real template at its true canvas size and scales it down, so a thumbnail cannot lie about the artwork - it is the artwork.
  • Admins set the kit. Members use it. With nothing ingested yet the card says so rather than inventing a headline.

Eight looks, six textures

A feed that is not the same image over and over.

Broadsheet, Quote, Ledger, Banner, Duotone, Editorial, Spotlight and Minimal. Each answers a different kind of post rather than being a different colour of the same one and your colour is spent on a hairline, a rule, a strip or a block - never on the words.

Six treatments, orthogonal to layout

Any texture under any layout, so the set multiplies instead of adding. All of them are gradients the browser computes or artwork inlined into the page itself - a texture fetched over the network that fails during a render is a post that publishes blank.

Three canvases

Square for Facebook, 4:5 portrait for Instagram and LinkedIn - the tallest ratio a feed shows without cropping - and the landscape card. Your own background photograph sits under a scrim heavy enough to keep the contrast the palette promised.

A readability warning that never blocks a save

Contrast ratios per role, loud once in the brand kit and on a queue card only when a pairing actually fails. Writing it found the shipped default footer under the product's own bar - the default moved, not the threshold.

Planner, calendar, queue

A week proposed for you, every Monday.

The planner reads three sources - this week's news, the evergreen library and, if you switch it on, your own firm's results - and fills the slots your cadence allows. Four of its rules are about not posting.

  • Your cadence decides how many slots exist, not how much material happens to be available.
  • The monthly cap is absolute and counts one post per channel, which is what stops a three-channel firm spending its month in ten days.
  • Nothing you skipped comes back for ninety days. A planner that re-proposes next Tuesday what you declined last Tuesday is a nag.
  • Nothing already offered comes back at all.

The calendar shows the coming weeks with a date control on each post rather than a drag handle - a date input works with a keyboard, a screen reader and a thumb and cannot drop a post on the wrong day because the list scrolled. Moving a post keeps its approval. Only editing the caption removes it.

How it works

Five steps and a person stands in the middle of them.

  1. Step 1

An admin fills the brand kit

Palette, three marks, a typeface from a curated pair, a layout and a background treatment. Everything is optional and everything falls back, so a firm with only a name still gets a post.

  2. Step 2

    Material arrives on its own

Industry news lands in the Sources tab overnight with per-channel copy already written, beside a library of evergreen explainers that keeps a quiet week from being an empty one.

  3. Step 3

Monday, the planner proposes the week

Slots come from your cadence, capped for the month and counted per channel. Draft a post by hand from any source card and it takes a slot on the same calendar, through the same rule.

  4. Step 4

An admin approves, edits or skips

The queue shows the exact image being authorised, unrasterised - the same markup the finished picture is taken from. Approve and the picture is rendered there and then, so what publishes is what was approved.

  5. Step 5

It publishes to your own page

LinkedIn today, on your firm's own organisation page. A post that reaches its slot with no approval expires rather than going out late and a database constraint - not a hopeful check - is what guarantees it never goes out twice.

The news itself is free, for every firm.

Taking the free tab away in order to sell the three next to it is a trade ImmiIQ deliberately does not make. Without the add-on the Sources tab renders in full and loses exactly the branded-image controls - the cards, the per-channel copy, every share target, save and hide are all still there.

Sources, free and standalone

A fourth tab inside the studio and a standalone news page outside it, reading the same rows. A firm that cannot read the feed has nothing to be upsold from.

Insight thumbnails are type and elements

Every ImmiIQ insight that reaches your feed carries a thumbnail built from typography and drawn shapes - a silhouette per mood, ringed by that mood's doodles. No image model sits behind it and nothing is inferred: a subject mark only appears where the article itself names a subclass, a state or an occupation code.

Every explainer cites a government page

The library refuses a piece without one - the citation is a column the database will not accept as empty and the link sits on the card where you read it before posting.

Frequently asked

What does Social Studio cost?

Social Studio is A$49/mo add-on on Pro, carrying 300 branded renders a month. Enterprise includes it flat and uncapped. The Sources tab - the industry news feed itself - is free for every firm whether or not the add-on is on. So is the standalone news page.

Can a post go out without anybody reading it?

No. A post is proposed as a draft, given a slot and waits. An admin approves it, edits the caption or skips it. A post that reaches its scheduled time with no approval expires unposted - it is never published late, because stale migration commentary going out unread is the failure the design exists to prevent. Editing an approved caption drops it back to waiting, because the approval was given to particular words.

Who can approve a post?

Admins only and that is not delegable. A firm can open caption editing to members with a setting, because improving the wording is a different question from authorising the post. There is deliberately no setting that widens approval.

Where does the material come from?

Two places. Industry news - instrument changes, state nomination rounds, assessing-authority updates and ImmiIQ insights - lands in your Sources tab overnight with the copy for each channel already drafted. Alongside it sits a library of evergreen explainers about Australian migration process, every one of them citing a government page you can read before you post it.

Does the library quote fees or processing times?

No, deliberately. Where a fact moves, the copy says where the number lives instead. A piece that quotes a fee or a processing time becomes wrong on the first Monday in July and it is your firm's name on the post when it does.

Which channels can ImmiIQ publish to?

LinkedIn today. Facebook and Instagram are built and waiting on Meta's app review - the tile says so plainly and the connect control is disabled until it clears. X is not connectable and is not planned, but the copy for it is still written for every item so an agent can post it by hand.

Can it post about our own results?

Only if you turn it on. The planner can propose one post a month carrying a count of applications your firm lodged that were granted. No client is named, nothing about any individual matter is used, the copy is templated rather than generated and nothing is proposed at all below three - one grant with the name removed is still one client's outcome to anybody who knows the firm. It needs an approval like everything else.

Do we need to be designers?

No. A firm with nothing but a name still gets a post - its initial in an accent colour and a companion colour it never had to choose. Everything in the brand kit is optional and everything falls back.

Your firm has something to say every week.

A$49 a month on Pro for 300 branded renders. Included uncapped on Enterprise. The news feed underneath it costs nothing, ever.
