Seven Department forms, filled from the client file and signed in the form's own box.
ImmiIQ fills forms 956, 956A, 1022, 1023, 929, 1446 and 80 from the records you already hold, checks it is filling the edition it was mapped against, then sends them to the client for signature. The ink lands in the printed declaration box the Department reads, not on a separate page. Sixteen blank Department forms sit in the library for everything else, alongside a per-client Reference Sheet.
The forms ImmiIQ fills
Each one has a field map read out of the Department's own blank, field name by field name. A form we have not mapped is a blank you download, never a guess.

Appointment of a registered migration agent, legal practitioner or exempt person
Appoints your firm to act for the client on one matter or ends an appointment already made. Carries your own signature in the agent declaration box as well as the client's.

Appointment or withdrawal of an authorised recipient
Appoints your firm to receive the Department's documents for the client on one matter or withdraws that appointment. Also carries both signatures.

Notification of changes in circumstances
The notification section 104 of the Migration Act obliges an applicant to make when something changes an answer already given.

Notification of incorrect answer(s)
Corrects an answer the client gave the Department that was wrong when it was given.

Change of address and/or passport details
Tells the Department the client's address or passport details have changed, before or after a visa is granted.

Withdrawal of a visa application
Withdraws an application already lodged. Part B and the reasons at Question 8 are left for the person who signs it.

Personal particulars for assessment including character assessment
Nineteen pages, 734 named fields. Identity, address, travel, employment and education histories come off the file; every character declaration is left for the client to answer.
It checks the edition first
Before a single value is written, ImmiIQ counts the pages and looks for every field the mapping was read off. A blank the Department has re-laid out fails loudly instead of putting values in the wrong boxes on a form bound for lodgement.
Nothing is invented
A box no record answers is left blank, exactly as the paper form would be. Questions the file cannot answer - which capacity you act in, which document carried the wrong answer - are put to you as the form's own numbered questions before anything is sent.
Signed where the officer looks
The client signs at a PIN-verified link and the signature is drawn into the form's printed declaration box, positioned against measured anchors so it never lands on a page that has moved. The Signed Acknowledgment page and Certificate of Electronic Signing come with it.
Several forms, one signing session
Tick more than one and the client gets one email, one PIN and one audit trail. The same bundle travels with your engagement letter, so an appointment and a costs agreement go out together.
See the fill before you send
The client's Forms tab says, per form, how many boxes the file already answers and which groups of facts are still missing. Form 80 refuses to send at all while the ten-year address, travel, employment or education history has a gap in it.
Audit trail by default
Sent, viewed, signed and declined each write an immutable audit row, on top of the certificate's timestamp, signer IP, user agent and document hash. The generated form is stored encrypted and scoped to your organisation.

Per-client Reference Sheet
A branded one-page PDF for any client: personal, passport, contact, address, occupation and visa or case detail. Print it beside a blank the product does not fill and complete that form without tabbing between windows.
Your firm decides, in writing
Government forms are off until an admin turns them on for the firm by typing an acknowledgement that the firm checks each filled form before it goes for signature. The audit log records who accepted it and every office it reached.
What we do not claim about these forms
No filled form has yet been confirmed accepted by the Department. Every form the product fills carries that note in the product itself, alongside the questions it deliberately leaves blank for the client, so you read it at the moment you send rather than in a footnote here.
Form 929 is a further caveat we print rather than hide. The Department's own address for that form serves a web page instead of the PDF, so the copy we hold - the 04/16 design date - cannot be re-fetched and compared with what is published today.
A filled form is legally operative the moment your client signs it. ImmiIQ fills the Department's published blank and gets it signed; reading it before it goes out is your firm's call and turning the feature on is your firm saying so in writing.
