Get paid at booking. Cash flow that isn't stuck on 30-day invoices.
Accept card payments for appointment bookings and client invoices. Stripe Connect Standard means the money lands directly in your own Stripe account. ImmiIQ never touches it and takes zero platform fee. Stripe-hosted onboarding takes about five minutes.

How it works
Five steps from an unconnected practice to a client paying you by card. No code, no developer, no separate merchant application.
Step 1
Connect Stripe
One click from Settings > Integrations opens the Stripe-hosted onboarding. Enter your ABN, bank account and identity documents. Takes about five minutes.
Step 2
Mark a service bookable
On any appointment type, set a fee and toggle Require prepayment. Publish the booking link and clients see a Pay to confirm button on the booking page.
Step 3
Send the booking or invoice
Share the booking link, or send an invoice from the client billing tab with a Pay now button attached. Same rails behind either path.
Step 4
Client pays via Stripe checkout
The client is taken to Stripe's own hosted checkout. Card details never touch ImmiIQ or your firm. 3DS handled by Stripe.
Step 5
Funds land in your Stripe account
Money settles into your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. ImmiIQ marks the booking or invoice paid the moment the webhook lands.
Why Connect Standard, not a marketplace split.
You own the account
Standard Connect accounts live under your ABN. Your firm is the merchant of record; ImmiIQ is not. Chargeback, dispute and refund flows all run through your Stripe dashboard.
No PCI scope for your firm
Checkout runs on Stripe's own domain. Card details never touch ImmiIQ or your firm. Stripe handles PCI DSS, 3DS and card-brand compliance.
Zero platform fee
ImmiIQ takes nothing off the top. Standard Stripe Australia rates apply on your account (~1.75% + A$0.30 domestic). What Stripe quotes is what you pay.
Payouts on Stripe's schedule
Funds pay out to your nominated bank account on Stripe's standard AU schedule. No hold on ImmiIQ's side. No pooled float.
Auto-reconciled invoices
Stripe webhook flips the ImmiIQ invoice to paid. Audit log carries the Stripe payment intent id so accounts can trace every settled row back to Stripe.
Works for bookings + invoices
Prepay for consults on the booking page. Pay now on invoices from the CRM. Same Stripe account, one reconciliation surface.
Pricing
Zero platform fee from ImmiIQ. Standard Stripe rates on your account.
We don't rev-share your card processing. Card processing is billed by Stripe directly against the Stripe account you own. Australian card fees are roughly 1.75% + A$0.30 for domestic Visa / Mastercard. International cards, currency conversion and disputes follow Stripe's published rates. Any change to that will come from Stripe, not from us.
Frequently asked
Does ImmiIQ take a cut of the payment?
No. Stripe Connect Standard means the money moves directly from the client to your Stripe account. We never hold it in a pooled account and take zero platform fee at launch.
What are the actual card processing fees?
Standard Stripe Australia rates apply on your Stripe account. Domestic cards are around 1.75% + A$0.30 and international cards are higher. Fees are billed by Stripe against your account, not by ImmiIQ.
Who is the merchant of record?
Your firm. You own the Stripe account, the bank account, the ABN on file and the customer relationship. If a client charges back, Stripe deals with your firm directly.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. The Stripe onboarding is hosted by Stripe. You enter business + bank details, upload the standard identity documents Stripe asks for and come back to ImmiIQ. No API keys, no webhook wiring, no code.
Which payments does it cover today?
Appointment prepay on the booking page and Pay now on client invoices. Both flows use the same connected Stripe account so reconciliation is one ledger.
