Refund Policy

1. Overview
All payments made to ImmiIQ are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, or cancellation of your subscription.
2. 7-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial that provides full access to all Pro features — no credit card required. The trial gives you ample time to evaluate the entire platform before making any payment.
By choosing to subscribe after your trial, you confirm that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the Service and are satisfied with its capabilities.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Billing in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel:
- Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account is deactivated after the billing period ends
No partial refunds are provided for unused time remaining in your billing period after cancellation.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request at our sole discretion. Examples include:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a technical or billing error
- Extended service outages exceeding 24 hours that materially prevented use of the Service
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation due to a processing error
Refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question. All decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:
- Your account email address
- Date of the transaction in question
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days.
