ImmiAccount eLodgement - without handing anyone your login.
You open ImmiAccount as you always have. The ImmiIQ eLodge extension fills each page from the client record and, if your firm has turned driving on, moves through the pages itself. It stops at the declaration. You read it and you press submit. ImmiIQ never signs in on your behalf, never holds your ImmiAccount password and never lodges an application.

How it works
Four steps - and the person who signs the declaration is on every one of them.
Step 1
ImmiIQ checks the client is ready
Every client carries a readiness check: missing passport details, an open checklist item, an expired document. Each blocker is a one-click jump to the field that fixes it. A lodgement does not start with a blocker open.
Step 2
You sign in to ImmiAccount yourself
Your browser, your ImmiAccount, your multi-factor prompt. Nothing about your ImmiAccount login is typed into ImmiIQ or stored by it. The extension notices the page you are on and offers the client you are working.
Step 3
The extension fills each page - and turns it if you let it
Click Fill on a page and every matching field is populated from the client record - names, dates, passport, addresses, sponsor details, the ANZSCO code, your MARN. Read the page and click Continue yourself. Or turn driving on and let the extension read back every value it wrote before it presses Next for you. Fix a typo on the form and the correction is written back to the client record.
Step 4
You press submit. ImmiIQ records the TRN.
The declaration page is yours alone - the extension never fills it. When you submit, the transaction reference number lands on the lodgement in your register with the page-by-page trail behind it.

A lodgement register
Every lodgement across the firm in one admin view: who started it, which subclass, which page it reached, when it went quiet and the TRN when it was submitted. Status tabs, search and a failure log you can export.
A page-by-page trail
Each page the extension fills is recorded against the lodgement: the page's heading, how many fields were attempted, how many were filled and how many the form disagreed with. Useful for OMARA Code of Conduct records and for your own QA.
Seven subclasses with dedicated field maps
Subclass 186, 189, 190, 482, 485, 491 and 494 each have a field map built for that application. More follow as each map is verified against the live form.
Safety guardrails
No login, ever
ImmiIQ does not sign in to ImmiAccount, does not hold an ImmiAccount password and does not keep a session. Your ImmiAccount cookie never leaves your browser. The extension only works on a page you have already opened.
Fills and advances. Never submits.
With driving on the extension presses Next, but only after it has read back every value it wrote. It never ticks the Department's declaration, does not fill the declaration page and does not press submit. If it cannot tell what page it is on, it stops and says so.
Audited to your own workspace
Every fill is recorded in your ImmiIQ audit log: which page, which client, how many fields, when. Nothing about a lodgement goes to any third party.
Responsibility acknowledgement
An organisation admin acknowledges the Department of Home Affairs terms and accepts responsibility before the module turns on for the team. Driving is a second switch on the same page, off until an admin turns it on. One acknowledgement, one audit entry, one click to revoke.

- It is NOT a way to lodge applications without a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) or legal practitioner reviewing them. The person at the keyboard reviews every page and presses submit.
