How it works

Every lodgement follows the same four-step safety pattern. We never submit without your explicit, per-application approval.

  1. Step 1

    You prepare the case

    Upload documents, complete the checklist, confirm the visa subclass. ImmiIQ refuses to start a lodgement with any required checklist item still open — you stay in control of readiness.

  2. Step 2

    We drive the form

    A headless Chrome session logs into ImmiAccount using your stored credentials (AES-256 encrypted with a per-organisation key) and fills the application from your case data. Screenshots every step.

  3. Step 3

    We stop at the declaration

    The worker pauses at the final declaration page and marks the lodgement 'requires approval'. You see the last screenshot in the dashboard. Nothing has been submitted yet.

  4. Step 4

    You approve the submission

    Review, then click 'Approve and submit'. Only now do we click the ImmiAccount submit button. You get back the DHA reference number automatically.

Safety guardrails

Per-organisation encryption

Your ImmiAccount credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted with a key derived uniquely for your org. Nobody else in the platform — including us — can decrypt them.

Full audit trail

Every lodgement step, every screenshot, every status change is logged in your immutable audit log. 7-year retention. Useful for MARA Code compliance and internal QA.

2FA-aware

If DHA prompts for two-factor authentication, we stop immediately. You finish the MFA step directly in the real ImmiAccount tab. We never attempt to auto-solve it.

Responsibility acknowledgement

Every organisation admin must explicitly acknowledge the DHA Terms of Service implications and accept responsibility before this module turns on for their team. One acknowledgement, one audit entry, one click to revoke.

  • It is NOT a way to lodge applications without a MARA-registered migration agent or legal practitioner reviewing them.
  • It is NOT endorsed by or affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs. ImmiAccount is a DHA product; we interact with it on your behalf with your credentials and with your consent on each lodgement.
  • It is NOT a substitute for checking the DHA Terms of Service implications for your practice. Legal review recommended before adoption.
