The mobile number on Arjun's record opens the softphone and the call is logged.

Dial from the record, never from a sticky note. Every number on a client record calls from the floating softphone.

Inbound calls ring in the softphone, a missed call shows a banner at the top of the app and Cmd+Shift+D opens the dialpad anywhere. With both connected, pick Via JustCall or Via Twilio per call.

Every conversation, logged on the client. Direction, length and outcome land on the Calls tab as the call ends.

Recordings play inline and voicemail is transcribed and pinned to the client. The card names the provider that carried the call, so you know which bill it hits.

Recording is opt-in with Record every call. Recordings are re-encrypted with your firm's own key and play through a link that expires after five minutes.

How client data is protected

Can I use my own phone system instead of paying ImmiIQ for calls?
Yes. Connect JustCall or Twilio, both in Beta, under Settings then Integrations and every phone number on the client record becomes clickable. Calls go through your provider - you pay Twilio or JustCall directly, not ImmiIQ - and are logged against the client with recordings that play inside the CRM.
Can I bring my own Twilio account?
Yes. Paste your Account SID and Auth Token in Settings then Integrations then Twilio Voice (Beta) and every outbound call is placed through your account with your own caller IDs. A Subaccount SID keeps your firm's calls isolated on the Twilio side.
Who can play a recording?
Only people in your firm. Recordings are re-encrypted with your firm's own key before they are stored and play through a link that expires after five minutes, issued after a fresh check that the person belongs to your firm.
What does Beta mean here?
The JustCall and Twilio integrations work today but are still being refined. Expect changes to the screens as they settle.
