Why ImmiIQ

Your agency CRM tracks applications. ImmiIQ carries the student to PR.

An education agency CRM is built around applications and commission. ImmiIQ covers those and keeps the visa work, the pathway to PR and the onshore-transfer rule on the same record.

9 capabilities across 4 areas of a practice. The right-hand column describes the category, never one product.

Level where it is level.

Education agencies usually run a CRM for applications, offers and commission, with the visa work in another system or with a partner agent. ImmiIQ puts both on one student record. Here is where the two are level, where an agency CRM is ahead and where ImmiIQ goes further.

Every workflow, compared. Systems differ. The right-hand column says what the category usually covers, not what any one product lacks.

Students

Course search

ImmiIQ: CRICOS courses filtered by level, duration, tuition, delivery and campus state, each with the occupations it leads to

A typical education agency CRM: Provider course lists, often loaded by the agency

Enrolments

ImmiIQ: Each enrolment moves from interested to applied, offered and CoE issued, with its CoE number and census date

A typical education agency CRM: The core of an agency CRM

Student to PR pathway

ImmiIQ: The route from the 500 to the 485 and on to skilled PR, with current visa charges and a points estimate

A typical education agency CRM: Not usually part of an agency CRM

The visa work

ImmiIQ: The student's 500 and later visas on the same record, with ImmiAccount fill included in Pro

A typical education agency CRM: Usually in another system or with a partner agent

Commission

Commission and instalments

ImmiIQ: Expected commission for every instalment from the tuition, instalment count and census date; college statements reconciled from CSV or PDF

A typical education agency CRM: Commission invoicing and tracking are standard

Sub-agents

ImmiIQ: A portal by secure link with client names masked, referrals by name and email and payouts by Stripe Connect, bank transfer or a manual record

A typical education agency CRM: Sub-agent portals are common

Provider integrations

ImmiIQ: Colleges and courses come from the CRICOS register; applications are not sent to providers from ImmiIQ

A typical education agency CRM: Often integrated with providers for applications and offers

Integrity

Onshore-transfer commission ban

ImmiIQ: Checked when the enrolment is saved, against the Department of Education's ban on commission for onshore transfers: a flagged commission is withheld unless an admin records why it is payable. Either decision is audited

A typical education agency CRM: Usually left to the counsellor to track

Pricing

One price for the firm

ImmiIQ: Colleges, enrolments and commissions are free on Pro, which covers 5 seats from A$49/mo billed annually - no setup fee

A typical education agency CRM: Usually priced per user

Each row says what ImmiIQ does and what a typical education agency CRM usually does. A tick in colour marks the side that is ahead.

One price for the firm, not a price per person.

An example, from ImmiIQ's own prices.

5 people, 3 years, billed annually
A$1,764
The same, billed monthly

For the whole firm on Pro. No setup fee and no per-user charge until a sixth seat.

What a firm gains when it moves, from day one.

  • Harper, migration AI, answers visa and occupation questions from official government sources and drafts for you to approve.

  • ANZSCO and OSCA in the same workspace as your clients: 3,230 occupation records across ANZSCO v1.3, ANZSCO 2022 and OSCA, with the official ABS correspondence for both ANZSCO editions, the EOI backlog dashboard and live processing times.

  • Lodgement past ImmiAccount: copy and fill help on 19 skills assessment and state nomination portals, from the same client record.

  • A Costs Service Agreement built around the OMARA Code of Conduct, signed in ImmiIQ and returned as a signed PDF with a Certificate of Electronic Signing.

  • Per-organisation encryption: client PII and documents are sealed with a key unique to your firm.

  • One price for the firm - Pro covers 5 seats from A$49/mo billed annually or A$79/mo monthly, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.

Bring your data. Move your clients across yourself.

Comes across today: client details, passport details, matters, CSA status, client notes, documents and file notes. Files over 4 MB are added to each client's record by hand for now.

How moving across works
  1. 1

    Export from your current system

The client list it exports, as CSV or Excel. Common export layouts are recognised as they are.

  2. 2

    Match the columns

ImmiIQ suggests what each column becomes. Change any match and save it for next time.

  3. 3

    Check the dry run

Every line is checked and you see what will be created before anything is written. Duplicates are matched on passport, email or name with date of birth.

  4. 4

    Run it, with an undo

The import runs in the background. For 24 hours you can undo it in one step.

Run one real matter end to end.

Bring a client in, send the costs agreement and fill the first form from the record. Cancel any time in the trial.
