Export from your current system
The client list it exports, as CSV or Excel. Common export layouts are recognised as they are.

Match the columns
ImmiIQ suggests what each column becomes. Change any match and save it for next time.

Check the dry run
Every line is checked and you see what will be created before anything is written. Duplicates are matched on passport, email or name with date of birth.

Run it, with an undo
The import runs in the background. For 24 hours you can undo it in one step.

Client details
Names, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, how they found you and their reference in your previous system.
Passport details
Number, issuing country and expiry, sealed with your firm's key as they land.
Matters
The visa subclass, ANZSCO code, nominating state, your matter reference, the lodgement date and matter notes.
CSA status
The day a Costs Service Agreement was signed outside ImmiIQ, recorded as on file from that day.
Client notes
A notes column comes across onto the client.
Documents
A ZIP with a folder for each client, named by their reference. PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files land in each client's Documents.
File notes
A CSV or Excel file with one note per line, matched on the client reference. Each becomes a locked file note with its original date and author.
Not in the import yet
Files over 4 MB
Left out of the ZIP import and named in its dry run. Upload them from the client's Documents tab, which takes files up to 25 MB.
Enquiries too. Leads you have not engaged yet.
The enquiries list imports the same way: names, contact details, the visa they asked about, the source and campaign, the status and who has them. They land on your Enquiries list, ready to convert to a client when they engage.
