Sign PDF
Draw a signature and stamp it onto a PDF
Sign a PDF without printing it. Draw your signature on the pad below (mouse or touchscreen), place it on the document, and download the stamped result. Toggle on the audit trail to also record a SHA-256 hash of the signed file - useful for proving integrity later.
Common questions
Is this a legal e-signature?
It's a visual stamp suitable for informal sign-off (internal approvals, draft engagements). For statutorily-binding e-signatures, use a qualified e-sign platform (the ImmiIQ in-app e-sign flow does this).
What does the audit trail prove?
It hashes the signed PDF with SHA-256 and records the hash plus a timestamp. Later, anyone can re-hash the file and compare - if the hash matches, the file is byte-identical to what was signed.
Where is my signature stored?
Nowhere. The drawn signature lives in your browser tab and is discarded when you close the page. Only the hash of the signed file (if enabled) is recorded.
Data security
The conversion runs entirely inside your browser tab using industry-standard libraries, so client documents stay on your device. The same data-security posture covers the rest of the ImmiIQ CRM. See how we handle data.
