Skip the first page - useful when page 1 is a cover. It leaves page 1 unstamped and does not renumber anything, so a 10-page file still reads "of 10" and its second page reads "Page 2".

Common questions

Where do the page numbers appear?

Centered at the bottom of each page by default. Adjust the position in the controls if your template demands a corner placement.

Can I start numbering at a page other than 1?

Yes. Set the "Starting number" field - useful when an exhibit continues from a prior bundle.

Will existing page numbers be replaced?

No. The new numbers are overlaid; existing footers stay where they are. Use the Watermark tool to mask older numbering if needed.
