Are my files really not uploaded?
Correct. Every tool runs entirely client-side. The PDFs, HEICs and JPGs you drop are decoded by WebAssembly and JavaScript inside your tab and never sent to an ImmiIQ server. You can verify with your browser's network inspector - no POST leaves the page when you convert.
Why is the suite free?
We built these for our own agents to stop paying per-file for tools that should be commodity. Rather than gate them, we shipped them free for the industry. Migration agents on Pro get the same tools plus the full CRM, Harper, Sponsor Portal and everything else.
What is the file size limit?
Whatever your browser tab can hold in memory. On a modern laptop, that's comfortably a few hundred MB per file. Very large PDFs may stall on lower-spec devices - that's a browser limit, not a limit we impose.
Where does engagement-letter grade signing live?
Under Templates in the app. The signing tool here draws and stamps a signature onto any PDF; the CSA / engagement flow layers a Signed Acknowledgment page, a Certificate of Electronic Signing and the full audit trail on top.
