## Training Occupation Pathways (JSA TOP)
We ingest the Jobs and Skills Australia Training Occupation Pathways Dataset (v1.0, March 2026) — a typed edge layer between VET qualifications and occupations. For every VET national code in scope, the dataset tags each linked occupation with one of five pathway flags: Occupation ready, Specialised training, Progression pathway, Pre-vocational, or Related. Each edge also carries licensing-required flags, JSC (Jobs and Skills Council) ownership, AQF level, training package, industry sector, and a per-qualification rank.

This powers two public features on ImmiIQ:
- **Course Pathway Finder** (https://immiiq.com/tools/course-pathway-finder) — free public tool. Bidirectional search (occupation → courses, or VET code → occupations), AQF / JSC / pathway-flag filters, JSA restriction badges (licensing required, enrolment restrictions for Defence / Police / SES / Fire & Rescue), and a gated occupation-context panel showing salary / EOI backlog / skilled-list membership / eligible visas / assessment authority / primary training route. Answers "which VET course actually leads to PR" with JSA receipts instead of guesswork.
- **Typed course/occupation pages** inside the authenticated product — occupation detail pages group linked courses by pathway flag, and course detail pages show "Leads to" occupations with their flags.
